Paracord Gear · Built for Firefighters
Firehouse Cord Co. hand-braids 550 paracord — the Glove-N-Go Chock, Tool Secured, Drug Key Lanyards, and Bracelets — the stuff that keeps gear off the rig floor and on the crew.
The Lineup
Everything's cut from the same commercial-grade 550, hand-finished at the shop — no filler catalog, just what your gear bag actually needs.
Clips to your coat or pants so your gloves stay hands-free and off the rig floor, cutting exposure between calls. Flip it and the same rig doubles as a door chock. Cobra-weave body with a locking, corrosion-resistant all-terrain zinc-alloy carabiner rated to a 220 lb max load.
Lanyards for the tools that walk off. Cobra-weave body with a locking, corrosion-resistant all-terrain zinc-alloy carabiner rated to a 220 lb max load, made to the tool's neck.
Keeps your narc box key on your person and off the bench, every shift. Cobra-weave body with a locking, corrosion-resistant all-terrain zinc-alloy carabiner rated to a 220 lb max load. No carabiner to attach, no problem.

About Me
My passion for paracord started in a survival class in college, and I have never looked back.
Today I work for a department in Florida, where I’m known for crafting accessories for my gear. In fire school and again in my hiring class, I was the guy carrying far more tools and accessories than I seemed to need. But when it counted, I always had what the job called for.
